Terms and Conditions

• You must be 18 years or over to make a booking.
• Bookings will be confirmed on receipt of £100 deposit. This is nonrefundable.
• The final payment should be paid 4 weeks in advance, unless booking a holiday within 4 weeks of the date in which case the balance should be paid in full upon booking. If this is not paid on time the owners reserve the right to cancel your booking and the deposit will be lost (no reminders will be sent).
• Payment can be made by cheque (sterling) made payable to R Blyth, debit or credit card.
• The total number in your party must not exceed the capacity of the property. We require you ‘the hirer’ to notify us of any expected visitors during your stay upon arrival.
• To make a booking please either telephone or e-mail to check availability and a booking form will be sent to you to complete and return with the agreed deposit. Once you have booked your stay our agreement is a legal contract and any deposit paid is nonrefundable.
Bookings are for complete weeks from friday to friday, monday to monday or short breaks from friday to monday or monday to friday. There is a minimum stay of 2 nights.
Check in on day of arrival is from 2pm onwards. Check out on day of departure is 10am.
• You are responsible and liable for any breakages or damages which you cause to the accommodation or its contents. We ask you to report any incidents that occur. Minor breakages will not normally incur a charge but we may send you an invoice for repair or making good if the damage or breakage is significant. We do not accept any liability for any damage, loss or injury to any member of your party or any vehicles or possessions.
