Approaching northbound along the A12 from Ipswich,

after passing through Marlesford (where the dual carriageway becomes a single carriageway) take the first turning on the right in the middle of Little Glemham (Church Road) just after The Lion Inn. The Ore Valley Holiday Cottages (Sink Farm) are approx. 0.9 miles along Church Road on the right hand side.

Approaching southbound along the A12 from Lowestoft, after passing through Farnham and Stratford St Andrew (passing the BP garage) continue for 0.5 miles and take the next left (Tinker brook road). Continue straight for 1.5 miles until you reach a right hand turning (signposted Church Road). Continue for 0.5 miles and the Ore Valley Holiday Cottages are on the left hand side (Sink Farm).
