The cottages will be clean and tidy upon your arrival, we ask that all property is left in a similar condition to what you find it in. We reserve the right to charge for additional cleaning if the property has been left unreasonably dirty.

• The owners or their representatives shall be allowed access to the cottage(s) at any reasonable time for maintenance or inspection or in the case of an emergency.

• We strongly recommend you obtain holiday insurance.

• The owner reserves the right to refuse entry upon arrival to the cottage(s) to any person who in the owners opinion is intoxicated or abusive. In such cases all fees except the booking fee will be refunded and the hire will be terminated.

Well behaved pets are permitted BY PRIOR ARRANGEMENT . Dogs are not allowed on furniture, beds or chairs and any damage caused must be paid for. They must not be left unattended in the holiday cottage and must always be kept on a lead.

We would only cancel your booking if your accommodation was unavailable for reasons beyond our control. We will always endeavor to offer you alternative accommodation, however, if this is not possible or acceptable to you we will refund all moneys paid. Our liability would not extend beyond this refund.

Sub-letting the cottage is strictly prohibited.

Any complaints must be made known to us immediatley. No complaints will be enetertained after the end of the hiring period or after the hirer has departed.
