The Punch - Access Statement

One of five self-catering cottages set in a rural area 0.8 miles from the centre of Little Glemham village. The cottages have been converted from the redundant horse stabling quadrangle. With ample parking, they are accessed through an undercover corridor into a communal courtyard. If you have any queries, please do not hesitate to contact us. Arrival and Car Parking Facilities
The cottages are accessed by a driveway which splits in two. Take the right hand lane, past the well and continue round the bend to the car parking area.

Main Entrance and Reception
The main entrance is the front door of The Punch. The combination lock code will be provided before guests arrive.
The front door is 84cm wide x 198cm high with the hinge on the right. The combination lock is 125cm high.
The step from the patio is 21cm high into the tiled corridor area. There is a doormat inside the front door.
The front door opens into the corridor with one bedroom to the left and another to the right. A third bedroom is located further along the corridor and to the left. The staircase is straight ahead with a toilet to the left and a bathroom to the right of the foot of the stairs. The light switch for the corridor is to the left of the front door. The boiler is situated in a cupboard under the staircase. The staircase has thirteen steps to the open plan living area with a banister on the right hand side 100cm above the tread.
