Main Entrance and Reception

The main entrance is the front door of Barn Owl Cottage. The combination lock code will be provided before guests arrive. The front door is 83cm wide x 197cm high with the hinge on the right. The combination lock is 135cm high. The front door opens into the corridor with the bathroom to the right, the bedroom straight ahead and the open plan area to the left. The light switch for the corridor is to the left hand side of the front door. There is a doormat at the front door. There is wooden effect flooring throughout the open plan area.

Dining Room and Lounge

The open plan area is accessed from the corridor. There is wooden effect flooring throughout. There is a large 2 seater settee and coffee table. The TV cabinet comprises of an LCD TV and DVD player, both with remote controls. Freeview and Wi-Fi are available. The circular dining table has a diameter of 110cm. There are four dining chairs available. There are two patio doors which open out onto a natural stone tiled area.
